Shipping Information:

All items are shipped via Federal Express to ensure that your fresh fish arrives in perfect condition. Overnight and 2 day shipping options are available.

Our Returns & Refund Policy:

We are committed to providing excellent products and customer support. If your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please contact us via email or call us.

Products can be returned if a product is damaged or inedible. Please email or call for prior approval before returning any items. No returns accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. Our apologies, no refunds after 3 days from date of receipt.

The customer is responsible for all Customs and brokerage fees for international orders and agrees to pay return shipping on products refused by customs or the customer. The customer is responsible for understanding all applicable laws with regard to importing our goods and related fees. The customer can provide specific instructions for international orders at time of order with regard to shipping method and declarations.

Shipping refunds will only be given in the case of damaged products and only up to the cost of original shipping.

Do you use frozen fish?

No! Our fish are fresh and not frozen, so you can get the authentic taste of actual newly caught Florida Seafood.

Is this really grouper?

Yes! While other stores are rumored to substitute other fish for grouper, rest assured we at Today's Seafood Catch will not do that. We love fish here, and we want you to get authentic fresh fish.

When do you ship your products?

Today's Seafood usually ships within 24 hours of your order being placed. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, we will ship first thing Monday morning.
