Fresh Fish
The freshest fish, they are never frozen. Remember the old adage, "Good fish ain't cheap, and cheap fish ain't good".
Our fish are caught daily and delivered to our dock. They are then brought for processing, i.e. skinned and filleted, and then vacuum sealed for maximum freshness in our special cryo vac oxygenated bag. They are then delivered to you via FedEx.
